Paul Choi

Paul brings an unusual combination of music, banking and construction experience to his real estate work. A former professional classical violinist, he later worked in banking and construction before finding his direction in property. That varied background shapes his attentive, considered approach to clients and their homes.

His banking experience gives him an appreciation of the questions people face around lending, while his construction background helps him understand conversations about a property's condition and potential. Paul can help clients identify matters to discuss with their lender, adviser or building specialist, alongside the buying and selling process.

Fluent in English and Korean, Paul moved to Auckland from Christchurch and found a team at Ray White Silverdale whose energy and experience appealed to him. He enjoys working with people at different stages of their property journey, including first-home buyers, landlords and developers.
