Terms and Conditions: “Precise on Melia” Open Day Promotions
Promotion Organizer: Ray White Silverdale (FM Realty Limited, Licensed REAA 2008) in conjunction with the Vendor of “Precise on Melia”.
Promotion Date: Saturday, 27th June 2026.
By participating in either Promotion 1 (Attendance Prize Draw) or Promotion 2 (6-Month Mortgage Cover), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
General Eligibility
To participate in either promotion, entrants must be individuals aged 18 years or older.
For Promotion 2, purchasers must meet all legal requirements under New Zealand law to purchase residential property in New Zealand (including compliance with the Overseas Investment Act 2005, where applicable).
Promotion 1: Open Day Attendance Lucky Draw
The Prize:
Two (2) separate winners will be drawn. Each winner will receive either one (1) Brand New Washing Machine OR one (1) Brand New Freezer.” (exact make and model to be determined by the Vendor).
Entry Requirements:
Participants must physically attend the “Precise on Melia” Open Day event on 27th June 2026.
Participants must successfully scan the official QR code provided on-site at the event and fill out the entry form with valid contact information.
Limitations: Strictly one entry per person. Digital entries scanned remotely or outside of the event hours will be deemed invalid.
Winner Draw & Notification: The winner will be drawn at random following the event. The winner will be notified via the phone number or email address provided during the QR entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw will take place.
Prize Delivery: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Delivery logistics within the local area will be arranged between the winner and the Vendor.
Promotion 2: 6-Month Mortgage Cover Incentive
The Incentive: The Vendor will cover the successful purchaser’s first six (6) months of mortgage payments.
Applicable Properties: This promotion applies strictly to available properties within the “Precise on Melia” project owned by Melia Development Limited (located at 20 Melia Place, Stanmore Bay), marketed exclusively by Ray White Silverdale.
Qualifying Criteria:
A formal written offer via a Sale and Purchase Agreement must be fully executed and submitted by the purchaser on the day of the event, 27th June 2026, and subsequently accepted by the Vendor.
The offer must subsequently become fully unconditional, with all conditions satisfied by both the purchaser and the Vendor in accordance with the agreement.
Payment Terms:
The 6-month mortgage payment amount will be calculated based on the purchaser’s actual verified bank mortgage repayment schedule (principal and interest) up to a maximum cap of $20,000.
The payment will only be disbursed after the settlement date and once the property transfer is officially complete.
The Vendor reserves the right to pay this incentive either as a single lump-sum credit/cashback upon settlement, or in monthly instalments over the first six months of the mortgage.

Amendments: The Vendor and Ray White Silverdale reserve the right to alter, extend, or withdraw these promotions at any time prior to an offer being formally submitted by a purchaser. No alterations will apply retroactively to any active, signed offers submitted in good faith on the event date
