What to Do When Something Goes Wrong
Emergencies can happen at any time. To protect you, your property, and your peace of mind, Ray White Silverdale provides a simple process to follow outside our regular office hours.
1. Urgent Maintenance or Safety Issues
Examples include:
- Burst water pipes or major leaks
- Power outages might affect safety
- Broken windows or doors compromising security
- Fire, flooding, or storm damage
Step-by-step:
- Stay safe first. If there is immediate danger, call 111 for Police, Fire or Ambulance.
- Shut off utilities only if you can do so safely. Turn off the water at the mains or switch off the power at the fuse box if needed.
- Call our after-hours line:+64 (9) 309 6868.
Leave your name, property address, a contact number, and a brief description of the emergency. - We will arrange a trusted local tradesperson or provide the next steps.
2. Non-Urgent Repairs
If the issue is not an immediate hazard (for example, a dripping tap or a broken appliance), please log it through our Maintenance Request Form or email silverdale.nz@raywhite.com.
We will respond on the next business day.
