With more than a decade of experience across those industries, Echo has developed skills in leading, training and supporting teams as well as working directly with customers. Her frontline experience and interest in mentoring colleagues complement her role as a salesperson and Assistant Branch Manager.

Having lived and worked in Auckland for over twenty years, Echo brings a long-standing connection with the city and its communities. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she can discuss a property journey with clients in either language, helping questions and priorities come through clearly.
