Kim Spark

Kim brings more than twenty years of real estate sales and marketing experience to his role as General Manager and Auctioneer at Ray White Silverdale. His background includes prime residential property in London, working in Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair, alongside his local property experience. That breadth gives him a useful perspective on different homes, buyers and selling decisions.

Tenacious yet diplomatic, Kim values a professional relationship from the outset. He takes an energetic approach to his work and enjoys helping clients and the sales team think through a property campaign. Clear communication and an understanding of the client's priorities are central to how he works.

Auctions are a particular passion. Kim enjoys the pace of an auction call, the negotiation and the fact that no two campaigns are the same. He can explain the auction process and discuss how it compares with other selling methods for a particular property. His aim is to represent the seller's interests with preparation, energy and professionalism.

His community involvement has included serving on Carmel College's Board of Trustees from 2016 to 2019.
